Position: Retail Sales Assistant / Manager / Supervisor
Job Description
- Share brand story and product knowledge
- Setup and demonstrate sound systems
- Recommend products according to customers’ needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Meet and follow standard processes, housekeeping, stock management, cashiering
- Handle shop display according to marketing team’s plan
- Work towards meeting sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent level of education
- Experience in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in audio and electronics is a bonus
- With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry
- Sales driven and proactive
- Pleasant disposition & positive mindset; ability to work in a team environment
- Must be willing to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
