Our corporate symbol is inspired by Epicurus (341-271 BCE), one of the major Greek philosophers. Elements of Epicurean philosophy influenced various thinkers and diverse movements throughout the entire Western intellectual history.
Epicurus further advocated that we could understand the world better by relying upon our Senses. Epicurus also believes that the greatest good lies in the seeking of modest pleasure.
With the use of the Epicurus as our icon, we seek to follow the ideals of Greek-Roman philosophers and strive to be the purveyors of high culture.

The Sound Authority
Founded in Singapore in 2007, The Experts Group aims to bring world-class sound to consumers; to create an “expert” out of every person passionate about music and movies.
The Experts Group, a leading distributor with its headquarters in Singapore, and paid-up capital of S$1,500,000, operates direct subsidiaries in Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. The company manages the resellers, online stores plus 4 direct showrooms with The Experts Sound branding, under its retail division.
The Experts Group is a proud statutory member of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) – The apex business chamber in Singapore that represents the top 20% of companies in Singapore.
The company began the main business as the exclusive distributor of Bowers & Wilkins, growing the business 6-fold and raising the brand to be voted as Singapore’s Best Entertainment Brand from 2018 to 2022 by the region’s luxury magazine Tatler Singapore. This 15-year relationship ended when Bowers & Wilkins was sold to a new owner Masimo in 2022, who changed its business directions for the brand. In 2024, we were again voted as Singapore’s Best Entertainment Brand with our new partner brand – Monitor Audio, UK’s No.1 home entertainment manufacturer in UK (awarded by Luxlife).
In 2024, we are honoured to be awarded the renowned Dun & Bradstreet Business Eminence Awards (BEA) 2024 for the Silver Category (businesses with revenue of less than S$20 million). This award validates our excellence in corporate governance, sustainability and near-term growth strategies. We are especially honoured that this validation came from Dun & Bradstreet – the leading authority in business creditworthiness.
As of 2024, The Experts Group is the proud regional distributor (in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam) for Cambridge Audio, Monitor Audio, Rotel-Michi, Roksan, Triangle, STAX, and SVS. We also distribute/retail other brands individually in each country – DALI, van Den Hul, Control 4, Yamaha and other leading brands.
